Hannah Dorling – HEROS New Chairman

We are delighted to announce Hannah Dorling as the new Chairman of HEROS.

Hannah has already been an invaluable part of our organisation, serving as a Trustee for the past two years. She brings with her more than 18 years of experience with NFU Mutual and is currently the Senior Partner of the Wantage Agency, a multi-million-pound business she has grown and led with huge success over the last nine years. She manages her own team, drives performance and delivers results with clarity, energy and purpose.

Her commitment to the wider community is equally impressive. Hannah represents the National Farmers’ Union locally and sits on the Independent Advisory Group for Thames Valley Police, contributing to strategic discussions on rural and community issues. She understands people, she understands responsibility, and she understands how to get things done.

HEROS is entering an exciting phase of growth and expanded reach, and Hannah’s entrepreneurial mindset, strategic focus and infectious drive will be a tremendous asset as we continue to evolve. “HEROS has a powerful mission, and I am honoured to step up as Chairman.
